    This is a very good copycat recipe. I think it tastes just like the original!

    We call this Breakfast Casserole... we have it every Christmas morning.... I make it the night before and pop it in the oven while we open presents and voila- delish! We add chopped ham and / or bacon. Everyone loves it- the more well done the better- all those crunchy corner bits! So good! Try it- you will LOVE it. :)
