- 2 cups buttermilk (full fat, * Vegetable oil for cooking)
- whipped butter (Land O' Lakes, in the tub for serving Maple syrup for serving, I use 100% real maple syrup.)

Very good!
I halved the recipe; and the batter seemed a little thick so I added a little more buttermilk. They tasted great, with or without syrup! My family approves so I will be making these pancakes again!
