Delicious! I gave 4 out of 5 because I added garlic and some burger seasoning but it came out amazing with that. I also used Daiya cheese and almond milk so it was dairy free. Really good taste, all of the tips really made a difference!

This turned out perfect each time I have used the recipe. I have made some changes that I think are for the better, but your mileage may vary.
I use a mixture of ground beef, ground veal and ground pork for my meatloaf base.
I use Dijon mustard and double the quantity the recipe calls for and mix it into the meat mix.
I also add 1.5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the meat mix.
Try fine chopped carrots and celery with the chopped onions instead of the bell pepper.
Skip the ketchup and brown sugar for the topping. Remember I added the mustard to the meat mix.
I create a sauce by sautéing fresh ground garlic in olive oil and then add a can of tomato paste to the sautéed garlic and oil. You can also add diced tomatoes (roasted are the best) to the sauce for a thicker and chunkier texture. I add a small amount of water to thin the paste and add Italian seasoning blend to the sauce. I allow the sauce to simmer until it has thickened back up.
Place slices of onion on the top of the loaf covering the surface and season with black pepper, oregano and garlic powder. Coat the entire loaf with the prepared sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
Cook at 350 to 375 to a center temperature of 160* (60 to 90 minutes). Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
You can thank me later. 😘

We used a meatloaf mix of ground beef, pork and veal. This is an excellent recipe and over the top with the meat mix which is also the famous RAOs meatball meat mix.

This will be my go to meatloaf recipe going forward! The best recipe I’ve ever used! Moist and delicious meatloaf with the perfect lightly sweet ketchup topping. Yum!

Added shredded carrots and some oats. Used 50/50 cream as well as canned chunky Roma tomatoes. It came out wonderfully. Enjoying it right now.

So good and easy to make. I cut the recipe in half since it was just for my husband and I and it turned out really delicious. I also added fresh cilantro from my garden as a garnish. Will definitely make again :)

It turned out excellent, the only change I made was using my silicone loaf pan and cooking it in my microwave oven for 8 minutes ! Oh yes , I did cook the onions and peppers prior to mixing them in with the meat, and of course let them cool first !
