Excellent! Our 11 yr old made this as breakfast for supper and it was easy enough for them to fix (just needed help cooking the bacon). Added chopped green peppers as one of the layers. Will definitely make again!

Need to be careful with the bacon cheese and ranch dressing. You can easily make it way too salty but it is very good. Just like an open faced breakfast sandwich.

This was pretty good, however it was very salty to my taste. If we do it again we will try low sodium bacon or perhaps sausage. It reminds me a lot of quiche so it’s a good alternative to that.

So far I’ve made this 5 times, I used ground venison or pork sausage instead because we have a freezer full. Every crowd has loved it and asked for the recipe. It is now my only breakfast casserole!

I made this for my grandsons and husband this morning for breakfast I used hash browns instead of croissants I also used about 2 cups of cheese. This was their review: my 7 year old grandson thought it was awesome and ate 2 pieces, as did my teenage grandson My husband also enjoyed it but just wanted more cheese. I would say this recipe is a keeper:)

I used Potatoes O’Brien instead of Crescent rolls to give a Cajun kick

Great!! I used hash browns instead of the rolls because I already was using a bread in the meal but it was still amazing!!

We liked this a lot it was a nice change from other breakfast casseroles we have tried. I like having the crescent roll crust Nate as of potatoes

Officially our family’s new breakfast casserole! A tad bit on the salty side (& we like salty things) but other than that delicious! Real easy to make! I didn’t have enough bacon so I also added some sausage!

This was really great. I was rummaging through the fridge and freezer to make something from what I had on hand and it turned out awesome. I substituted regular bacon for turkey bacon since it’s what was in the freezer, and didn’t have the entire amount of cheddar so mixed in some other cheeses. I also didn’t have a packet of ranch seasoning so I googled how to make my own and substituted that and it turned out really great. Threw some onion in for flavor as well. So versatile!

It was okay. I have learned that I like the casseroles with bread or hash browns included.

Everyone loved it. Made it for Christmas breakfast added breakfast sausage as well as the bacon. Quick and easy. I will make it again

I used refrigerated pie crust because I didn't have crescent rolls, and it was delicious! Same bake time.

This turned out great! I needed to leave it in a little longer than 25 mins (maybe 30mins?). It was worth it though. Very tasty and easy to make!

I didn’t have crescents, but used the flaky pull apart biscuits instead...everything else was according to the recipe. Came out great!
