- 4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf (fresh)
- 4 egg yolks
- 250 grams unsalted butter (pack)
- 1 handful chervil (or tarragon, roughly chopped)
- 1/2 lemon
