Wonderful recipe! I also added shrimp to the sautéed mix as well as some chopped jamon Serrano. I did not add the old bay seasoning and didn’t miss it. My husband is clamoring for a repeat....and he’s not a big mushroom or crab fan!!!

Excellent recipe, modified it only to add a few shrimp to the sautée to mix with the crab meat I am more or less a dinner for one kind of guy when I fix mushrooms (my girl friend does not eat mushrooms) therefore the recipe will make two meals for me. the uncooked one refrigerates very well for up to two days.
