- 1 1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- salsa (* Avocado)
- 2 avocados (Large, pitted, peeled, and cut into chunks)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. red onion (finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped, plus whole sprigs for garnish)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
