Really liked it! Been working with this recipe a little bit. I think I’ll make small adjustments over time based on my own preferences. But it’s a great combo and everyone I served really liked it, too!!
Excess stuffing can be turned into balls that are baked and taste alright. My sister very much liked the stuffing and specifically wanted to eat stuffing as it’s own side. The salmon mixed well with it and it was just delightful :P
