Yum, doubled the recipe because I had four huge chicken breasts. Was perfect!

The chicken turned out great, next time though I'll use more crab and less mayonnaise and cream cheese.

Good! I would make it again. Spread hollandaise sauce over the top instead of the bread crumbs. Added a little more richness to the dish.
