- 1 can lump crab meat (chilled super)
- 1 red bell pepper (small, diced and minced into tiny cubes)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (small, diced and minced into tiny cubes)
- 1.5 oz. silver tequila (Pura Vida)
- 0.5 oz. triple sec (or Gran Marnier)
- 0.5 oz. lime juice (fresh squeezed is better)
- 2 oz. sour mix (fresh)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt (PLUS a pinch of salt)
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- spices (Cajun, We will use this for the rim of martini glass)
- lime wedge (will be used for presentation on rim of glass)
- tortilla chips (Flour, used for presentation in glass)
