Very good! Time consuming with making your own stock, but had an extra 3.5 cups for the freezer for next time I want to make this. I used an immersion blender to puree the soup, and the texture wasn't quite as smooth as I would have liked. Will use a high powered blender next time. Flavors were spot on!
