Big on flavor but had to modify...consistency is too thin for my tastes so I added a rue of butter and flour to thicken it and also added about 3/4 cup diced russet potatoes and 1 slice of chicken bacon. I used Sesame oil for the canola because I had it on hand. I garnished with scallions. Tasted phenomenal but still would’ve preferred thicker even with all I added to thicken it.
