- 1 clove garlic (minced)

- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp. butter (reduced fat)
- 2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups light cream
- 1/2 cup sherry (can use cooking sherry)
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour (depending on how thick you want the soup)
- black pepper (to taste)

The bisque definitely needed more seasoning I added extra garlic-onion and carrots plus quite a bit of pepper at the table and it was still quite bland if I make it again I’ll add more seasoning and more sherry .
