Came out perfect, made this a few time before so I added a few things extra this time around. I added, 2 extra slices of bacon, 1 Beef bullion cube, an extra clove of garlic and Cajun 2 step (Cajun seasoning) to taste.

This is a wonderfully flavorful recipe as followed. I have also used pork neck bones and pork belly as well as jalapenos and serrano chiles. I also added more onions and garlic because I love that boost as well. We can feast on this for days and not tire.
