Delicious cookies. I didn’t see the need to change the recipe otherso than I reduced the chocolate chips to 1/2 cup and they were great

These are great. 350 for 14 mins. I modified as follows: didnt toast nuts and coconut but should have. used almond extract instead of vanilla, plus vanilla bean powder. I used whole oats instead of quick, swapped the quantities of each sugar for each other, and only used one stick of butter plus half cup applesauce. excellent!
