Used it for sirloin. It was alright.totally black on the outside. The flavor was not strong.

I went a little fast and loose with the measurements as I was making it for a bunch of pork ribs, but stuck to the 5 ingredients listed in basically the same ratio. Everyone raved about them! I was very surprised at how the coffee clung to the meat and didn't come off after first slow cooking wrapped in foil before placing directly on the grill. A new staple for us to be sure.
