- 1/2 bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/2 jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped)
- 1 cup corn kernels (raw or cooked, optional)
- 3 medium tomatoes (finely chopped, or one, 14 oz |400 g can diced tomatoes, drained)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (finely)
- 1 avocado (small, finely chopped, optional)
