Very tasty, but way too much oil! I like a tang to my salads and side and frankly this is oily! I would significantly reduce the oil and add some lime juice. Also I only used 1T of sugar and that was plenty. I guess some people like even their salads sweet. Personally, I think this salad is fine with some tweaking.

Very tasty. I modified this to suit my reflux diet so I did not add any tomatoes and used champagne vinegar ( 6% acid). I also used grated lime peel instead of lime juice. I added a very small amt. of red bell pepper & finely shredded carrot for color. I added a half can of diced green Chili’s (rinsed well) for the green pepper and used green onions. I only put 1 T of sugar. I will be making this again.

Such great flavors . I subbed monkfruit Sweetner instead of sugar . Hommely instead of sweetcorn and added avocado too . So Easy so yummy

It was pretty good. wife didnt want to add the sugar. I think it needed tge sugar

Absolutely fantastic! I followed the directions to a T and was totally satisfied. I have made this salad about 3 times and am now adding it to my Christmas menu.

Really good! I boiled two ears of corn then tossed them on the grill with two jalapeños to get a nice char then cut those up to add to the rest of the mix

Great, but I used half the sugar called for and it was still way too sweet. I fixed it by adding a few tsp of taco seasoning. Next time Ill omit the sugar.

I have made this twice, the only modifications I made were to add garbanzo beans and subtract the sugar (Sorry Culinary Hill, I know you said it would be awesome with the sugar but I just could not make myself put it in).
