    This was a simple tasy dish for a relatively quick evening meal! I like more flavoring so I'll add Worchestershire sauce to the meat next time. If you add alot of mushrooms you might want to sprinkle a little cornstarch (1 or 2 tsp?) after the veggies cook with the meat because mushrooms release alot of water as they cook (however, I also added frozen peas so that could have added to the moisture.) I'll definitely make it again!
