I added some chopped chives and some flour to the mixture so that it wouldn't be so wet, just enough so that it would hold together better. The family liked it. It reminded me of fried cornbread. Now i have a way to use leftover couscous.

This is the first batch in a mini waffle iron (I don’t fry). I used it’s not bagel seasoning instead of salt. But it was bland. Second batch added a little salt plus a latin condiment to give it a little more taste

These were amazing! They tasted like chicken nuggets and the vegetarian in me was so happy! I didn’t have a lemon on hand and I added a pinch of flour, which worked out fine in keeping them together.
Such a quick, easy, delicious fritter!
