    As well as the corguette I added carrot and sweet potato to the dish and seasoned it with 1tsp turmeric, 2tsp coriander and 2 tsp cumin for a curry taste without the spice. It turned out lovely, and as a vegetarian it is a great way of having your five a day in one meal. My other half also really enjoyed it. Will definitely be making again!
