Brilliant! I did it with very little oil in a non-stick pan and brilliant and hopefully a bit better for me!

Delicious savoury lunch that can be baked in a large (greased) dish and then cut into slices. This is great in lunch boxes and for picnics!

Turned out really well! I had to use cheddar instead of feta, but I'll definitely be making it again with feta soon!
