i can work with the original receipt but some modifications are needed for flavor and it not taste like "Cracker Barrel's Meatly 5⭐ so thank you for a great start recipe and look forward to giving my feed back on the next attempt to cook it.

Absolutely great recipe. Great change of pace from the grill or frying. Simple, easy to follow and great with yellow rice and a salad. The Pork chops came out tender and juicy and everyone wolfed them down and were ready for seconds. Thank you for bringing this from your kitchen to ours.
The only modifications I made were; I substituted the water with Chicken broth and I added some Adobo season from Goya (family stable). I also cooked it for about 10/15 minutes uncovered to thicken the sauce up a little. We don't typically use raw onions, so I used onion powder instead. I ladled the remainder of the sauce over the rice for both color and presentation.

I was not pleased my pork chops were tough and seasoning was very bland. Will mark this off my recipe list

They turned out really good. I had to double the directions and everything turned out perfect.

Sauce was super thin and the taste was ketchup. This recipe could definitely be fixed by adding some soy and honey or hot sauce....chops were tender tho

I thought it was great but my family thought the sauce could have called for more ketchup.
