Absolutely great recipe. Great change of pace from the grill or frying. Simple, easy to follow and great with yellow rice and a salad. The Pork chops came out tender and juicy and everyone wolfed them down and were ready for seconds. Thank you for bringing this from your kitchen to ours. The only modifications I made were; I substituted the water with Chicken broth and I added some Adobo season from Goya (family stable). I also cooked it for about 10/15 minutes uncovered to thicken the sauce up a little. We don't typically use raw onions, so I used onion powder instead. I ladled the remainder of the sauce over the rice for both color and presentation.

I was not pleased my pork chops were tough and seasoning was very bland. Will mark this off my recipe list

Juicy until I plated it. Ketchup was overpowering and I should have seared it first because the texture was not right.

Sauce was super thin and the taste was ketchup. This recipe could definitely be fixed by adding some soy and honey or hot sauce....chops were tender tho

Very tasty, taking off the foil near the end helped reduce the liquid

I thought it was great but my family thought the sauce could have called for more ketchup.

It was very juicy. Make more sauce than it calls for, I’d say double recipe.

Great! Seems I always over season my meat (more is better) trying to make it better.

Not bad, but not fantastic. The sauce ends up being very watery once the juices accumulate from the pork.
