turned out really good. i did half and half of beef broth and chicken broth with some tonys as an added spice. very good

meh, it was just ok. The cooking method and times did cook them to perfect temp and consistency though.

Was very tasty. We've been eating mostly fast during the pandemic and working from home. this dish reminded me why I like to cook! Used less butter, smaller chops, and a little more sour cream. Worked out well! will add it to the rotation. Maybe a splash of red wine next time!

Very easy to make our family isn't big on hot sauce so I switched it out for Gravy but very good!

This turned out really well, although the butter got too hot so the sauce was darker than I would like. Next time I would try a mix of butter and oil for browning the pork chops. The chops were nice and juicy and tender. It made lots of sauce, even though I had almost 3 lbs of boneless pork chops.

So good! I didn't have sour cream, but did have left over onion dip, and used that. I also added a splash of wine wine. Really good flavored sauce. I think I will use the leftovers over some egg noodles.

It came out well. The pork chops were seasoned well and the gravy was tasty also. None of the ingredients were overwhelming in scent or taste. I will likely make this again. My husband also enjoyed it.

It was amazing i added a can of cream of mushroom soup to it at the end and it was the best idea ever I did not add hot sauce to it though my daughter hates spicy food... Great gravy an the pork chops were nice an tender
