Didn't add dijon or hot sauce on purpose but this still came out very good, pork chops were very tender and the gravy had a tasty flavor. Combining with some garlic + spinach mashed potatoes and green beans made a meal my family and I will surely make again.

These pork chops turned out great! I skipped the hot sauce and mustard (do to forgetting) and the gravy mix was still very delicious. I will be putting this on my rotation.

Wonderful! I cooked my chops in an iron skillet then transferred the whole thing to the oven., used the stock as base for gravy.

Sounds really good, however in reading the directions, I find that steps 13 and 14 are reversed.
