Delicious!!! It did need a more seasoning in the flour. I used tenderized round steak and deep fried them at 425° for 4 minutes. Used jar of beef gravy instead. Definitely making again!!!

There we not enough seasonings in the recipe. The recipe, how it is written, is awful. I will not be making this again

Turned out well and very easy to make. Consisted of soaking cube steak, frying cube steak and making gravy. I also added a mixture of 1/4 tsp of onion, garlic, thyme, sage, and rosemarry mixed (more depending on your tastes) and added to the flower mix. Would also recommend making slighty more gravy as we ran out. Also recommend soaking steaks longer as ours were still a little tough though that might be my cut of meat. Lastly I used a little of the flower mixture to thicken the gravy and then mixed the leftover flower and egg mixture and fried it in the leftover oil.
