- oil (for frying)
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour (starch)
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour (/maida or glutenfree flour)
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 2 garlic (pods, grated)
- 4 peppercorns (finely crushed)
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour
- 15 garlic (pods, grated finely)
- 2 red chillies (long dry, deseede and chopped finely)
- 1 spring onion (slice them thinly length wise, finely chop the stem, leaves and use it for garnish, optional)
- 1 tomato (deseed and slice length wise)
- 1/2 capsicum (/bell pepper, deseed and slice lengthwise)
- 4 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp. chilli sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 3 peppercorns (finely crushed)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt (to taste)
