- 1 Tbsp. baking powder (– gluten free I use waitrose own make)
- 50 grams dairy free margarine (Pure dairy free spread)
- 1 egg (– beaten)
- 150 mL milk (mixture – dairy free You can use any dairy free milk substitute)
- 3 oz. mixed dried fruit
