- 10 sprigs cilantro (coriander leaf fresh or frozen, not dried!)
- 1 medium onion (or small)
- 1/2 sweet pepper (small red or yellow, optional)

- 2 cups white rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Good. Needed a lot more Lizano, but I prefer lots of spices and flavoring. I also fried eggs and served with corn tortillas, like in the picture. It was a hit with the in-laws.
