I used regular unbleached flour instead of wheat because it’s all I had. Very good.

Simple and great. Had the pancakes with fresh peaches. Highly recommend doing that.

I halved the recipe and made five medium sized pancakes. Tasty
I tried it again recently. I used 1/2 c canned coconut milk and 1/2 c water. I used coconut oil in the recipe and to cook them. I also brushed them with butter after they were cooked. This added moisture. Even better than last time
