- 3 pears (semi-ripe, unpeeled and sliced or chopped into 1/2" pieces)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
