- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp. ground all-spice
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ground black pepper

Directions
- 1-rince the Cornish hens and pet dry .marinate the cornish hens with salt ,pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and leave aside for 15 minutes.
- 2-Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a roasting pan with nonstick foil. Place marinated Cornish hens in roasting pan, breast-side up. 3-In a small, heavy saucepan, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, allspcie, chili . 4-coat the Cornish hens with the cooled glaze rub will with glaze inside and outside of the hen. Sprinkle liberally with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roast for 45 to 50 minutes, basting every 10 minutes, until meat tender placed between thigh and breast registers 170 F.
- 5-after roasting Let game hens rest for 10 minutes before serving. 6-serve with you favorite salad or with roasted vegetables and enjoy.
