I made this for Sunday night dinner for us and our neighbours. I pretty much halved the recipe. For 4 people I thought that would enough and I didn’t want any left overs. The only change I made was the addition of 4 cups of beef broth and a full can of stout. The corned beef was 3 1/2 lbs. It worked out fine and was delicious. Keeper recipe for sure. Thanks, Chris
