- 12 oz. andouille sausage (quartered and diced bite size, I use Aidells Cajun Style Andouille)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (small dice)
- 1/4 cup green onion (small dice)
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans (toasted coarsely, see note)
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1 cup reduced sodium chicken stock (/broth)
