It was so dry, my mouth felt like the desert 🏜. So, I tried it again and it was a soggy as my famous mushy meatloaf. But it did help for one thing, my bread paste. So, I took the soggy, mixed in the dry, and boom. A nice cornbread smoothie. It was nice and chunky just like my ex wife Wanda. 5 stars for extra drywall paste.

The cornbread came out moist and delicious. Will definitely make this in place of a boxed cornbread.😋❤️

425 oven, it was done in 17 mins. Next time, I would double the sugar and salt. maybe try adding fresh blueberries.

Probably could have doubled this recipe for the size of my skillet but it turned out very nice. Not sweet but fluffy and savory.

Taste good, but bottom was gummy, I did forget to add the melted unsalted butter prior to pouring in pan and I did not have a cast iron skillet. So I will follow directions next time. But all in all it was delicious.
