This was so good! The fresh corn off the cobb and cilantro are the ticket. I substituted 1/2 can Rotel for the jalapeños and red bell pepper. Also added 1 tablespoon of sugar. We need more chips! 😬

Yummly! Family can't get enough of it. Definately a staple item in my house now. I actually added more jalapeños.

Has a good flavor and easy to make. I also added a little green pepper. I added the bacon (for me bacon is never optional) honestly though it doesn't need it. I will make again.

Tasty! Did not have fresh cilantro on hand, so I substituted with a cilantro paste. Worked just fine. Added about 3 Tbsp. of sugar to give a sweet flavor with the spice. Skipped the bacon. Will make again!
