- 1 lb. fresh crab (picked over for shell,, set aside a few pinches for garnish, optional)
- 1/4 cup green onion (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- crab (Reserved, and extra sprinkle of Cajun seasoning, for garnish)

This is good, fast, and simple. I love one pot recipes! Served with homemade garlic buttered biscuits. Serves more than 4!

This was good but I doubled the spice and the crab. I used claw meat not lump. I think it would be good with shrimp instead of crab.

Amazing!!! Well received by the whole family. This is a great chowder as is. Will definitely make again!

I've made this several times and my husband and i love it. My only deviation is to add a little cayenne pepper for just a bit of heat.
