- 650 mL water
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 handful spinach (or Swiss chard leaves - roughly chopped)
- 1 red chilli (small, deseeded and finely chopped)
- 100 grams sweetcorn (fresh, frozen or tinned)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (I used fresh garlic)
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 200 grams dried black beans (or 2 tins)

- 4 squares chocolate (chilli)
- 3 sprigs coriander leaves (fresh, cilantro - roughly chopped)
- 100 grams feta cheese (crumbled, optional)
- 1/4 cucumber (cubed into 1 cm pieces)
- 4 tomatoes (ripe, cubed into 1 cm pieces)
- 4 spring onions (sliced)
- 1 avocado (peeled, destoned and cubed into 1 cm pieces)
- 3 sprigs coriander leaves (fresh, cilantro, roughly chopped)
- 1 freshly squeezed lime juice
