- 1 bunch parsley (minced)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. swiss cheese (grated)
- 1 red bell pepper (medium, diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (medium, diced)
- salt
- black pepper

Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well; pour into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole and bake in 350 degree F. oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
