Wow!!! These were absolutely fantastic. They were very tasty and I didn’t feel gross after eating them One minor change I made was to leave out the salt because I felt there was enough salt in the hot dog to make up for it and I try to cook with very little or no added salt. Everyone loved these and I was forced to make them again. My only suggestion is to make only half of the batter for the 6 hot dogs. I had so much left over but that was okay. I used it to make the 2nd batch the next day. :) Thanks for sharing. :)

Very good! First time making it I didn’t add baking powder and used flour instead of cornstarch to coat the hotdogs and I found that they tasted better than following the recipe

YUMMY!!!
As good as the ones you can get at a county fair. We did not modify the recipe at all but we did use a cast iron skillet on an induction burner.
