    Good, but to be truly homemade I would never use a box mix of any sort. Make your own cornbread mix with the following: 4 cups yellow cornmeal 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons salt I also used frozen corn, caned corn is gross and horribly bad for you.

    This recipe was amazing! Super delicious and creamy and rich, it was almost like a dessert. I am making it again just because! :)
