flavor was nice but was dry and bake time was too long. just need to adjust the recipe

Excellent cornbread! I added an extra dribble of oil and extra tablespoon of sugar because I wanted it sweet and moist great!

It was tasty. Made it in a cast iron frying pan. It was very crumbly. Will be looking for another recipe.

Was very easy to make but I found that 425 F is too high of a temperature to bake for 20-23 mins baked mine for 18 mins and was baked perfectly... did it in a cast iron and I also added Parmesan to it... absolutely delicious

Great easy recipe. Mine came out a little crumbly, but I added some honey to it, that migthe have caused the problem. Very delicious though.

Delicious..I used less flour.. Added 3 tbsps coconut flour.. Reg oil...I don't have milk.. Did Greek yogurt with half/half.. Your core recipe is very good.. Sorry I tweaked it but it turned out Delicious

Did a double batch and put it in a cast iron skillet. Took 45 minutes to cook but sooo good

Perfect! It's difficult to find some ingredients in Sweden, but I finally found some corn meal. We were dying for some TexMex, so I made Mexican Soup and cornbread. Might make it a few more months until we get the real thing again. In the meantime, this recipe is going in my go-to "recept" book! Thanks! Can't wait to try out your clam chowder, too!
