  • 1 cup corns (Fresh)
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions

    1. Cut tomatoes into bite sized pieces or slices. Tear basil leaves into small pieces.
    2. Combine basil, tomato and corn in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Stir and let chill for 1 hour for flavor mix.
    3. Just before serving add salt black pepper, lemon juice and stir well .
