- 200 mL boiling water
- salt
- olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander (chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. sweet corn
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (crushed dried)
- 1 can tuna fillets
- 1 slice bread (Alentejo, cut in small squares, or other dense bread)

Directions
- Place the couscous in a bowl, and pour in boiling water, with a pinch of salt, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- When the water is completely absorbed separate the grains with a fork.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, and add the coriander and sweet corn. Mix well.
