Directions
- Mix the ground chicken with an egg, salt and pepper. Form rounds a little larger than the palm of your hand. Flatten them on the counter so that they are approximately ½ cm thick.
- In the middle of each round place a little ham and cheese and then form into a ball, enclosing the filling. Each ball will be about the size of a large egg.
- Beat the other egg in a bowl with a fork, add a little salt and dip each ball of ground chicken on all sides. Then coat each one with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the balls in a little oil on medium heat until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the chicken is cooked.
- Slice the balls as if they were pieces of sushi and dip in the soy and lime sauce.
