Very flavourful and delicate. The breadcrumbs were interesting, but didn’t need as much as called for.

Very good! Not a fan of breadcrumbs, so I mashed some potatoes and piped it around the dish. Will definitely make again. Might sauté some carrots and celery and add to the dish. Update...carrots not good. Celery very good. I sauté the onions and let cool before adding to pot. I also add some salt, a good amount of pepper, paprika, and a touch of cayenne. I also freeze the left-over stock for chowders.
