Awesome! I wanted to cut the alcohol a bit so substituted apple juice for the brandy. Mixed thyme and rosemary sprigs, and simmered on the stove top in pan partially covered fr 45 minutes. Delish

This is the best Coq Au Vin I have ever tasted! I'm going to make a double batch this coming weekend.
I don't even put it in the oven, just cook it in the Crock Pot. It turns out quite delicious!
This is my go-to chicken recipe from now on!
