    Rather than simmering on the stove top, I moved it to the oven giving the skin a lovely golden finish. My guests loved it.

    It’s delicious. I did take the skin off the chicken thighs and I used chopped fresh basil instead of parsley. I served it with fresh green beans and mushroom egg noodles, I will be making it again
