I have to say, being a big willow tree chicken salad fan this recipe is pretty darn close. I love how easy it was to make and my family gives it the thumbs up. Sometimes I add Craisins and chopped up minced walnuts :)

Creamy and flavorful, I used less onion than instructed and added a little relish! I will make this again, for sure!
