This is the second time I’ve made it and it is just as delicious as the first!!! Will definitely make again:)

This turned out wonderful and was a hit! I used about 3/4 an onion and added in a 1/4 tablespoon of paprika when adding the milk and cream. I really enjoyed this dish and plan to make it again soon.

It came out great! My husband who's not crazy about vegetable soups, fought me for the last bowl!!

The flavor is wonderful. I used xanthan gum (about 2 tsp) instead of flour, halved the milk, and used a 14 oz can chicken broth to make it low carb. I also doubled the cream. I was out of broccoli, so I used cauliflower. It was so good! It will definitely be on my food rotation.

This is one of the best soups I've ever made!! Very rich and flavorful. I would just simmer the veggies a little longer before adding broth, milk & cream. Really good!

Very Yumly. 😋 I added Cayenne and used chicken broth instead of vegetable, and bacon and extra cheese for toppings. Also a little sour cream and extra milk to make it thinner. It's a keeper.

This soup was delicious and looked just like the picture. I made it after dinner and it smelled so good that my daughter, my husband and I all had a bowl! I didnt have heavy cream so used 5% cream instead. I shpuld have cooked a little longer than 5 minutes -- some of the veggies were still a little crumchy. I will definitely make this again.

Was delicious but I always end up adding my own seasonings the method in making it was super easy, glad I bought all that extra broccoli to prepare for quarantine lol

There has to be a better recipe. This is good but not at the top of the pyramid for me.

The soup was wonderful. I did add chunked potatoes to give the soup substance. I also added an additional cup of milk.

It turned out great! As per suggestions on the comments, I added a little sour cream along with the cream and some cayenne pepper. I also did 3 cups of cheese instead of two. I didn’t have an immersion blender, but I didn’t find that to be an issue. All in all, a great recipe for cold winter nights!

I like it. my husband says it’s too oniony, and our teenager wasn’t a fan. More for me! ;)

I made this twice and it just had too much onion and garlic for me . Really overpowered the soup. I thought id made it wrong the 1st time. So the second time i used half a onion and 2 cloves of garlic and same result. Overall nice recipe to tweak if you want to take a couple batches to get it right but i'm sure there are other recipes out there where you wont have to do that or waste the groceries.

It was good, but it seemed to be missing something. Maybe not enough cheese? I don’t think I’d use sharp cheddar next time.

Great. Made it for my family so i had to double up the recipe. Just might add more cheese.
