OMG these cookies are delicious and so glad I made them using this recipe. The picture is what caught my attention because they just look so enormous and delicious. Sorry I can’t comment how close it is to the original as I have no idea what a Gideon’s Bakeshop Cookie is. I baked for 15 minutes vs. 9 minutes as the recipe states.
